		<description>History of education is as important as its present and future because education is not something in a vacuum. At the sametime transformation and change, accoring to the changinig need, is necessary for survival and progress. In this regard ducational institutions must be responsive to the changing societal need. Today we need educational institutions where students could be equiped with 21st century skills and beyond that.
As the world is continuously shriking so it is highly desired to bring eudcational reforms in those countries which are economically less developed by using the platform of intergovernmental organisations on international, regional and sub-regional level. Certainly these steps are in the favor of global peace and economic stability</description>
